Ingredients

  • 180 gr spaghetti
  • 1 fresh chili pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • qb parsley
  • qb salt, pepper, oil
  • 2 nights of butter
  • 1 cube of lard

Instructions

  • In a pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and then add the chopped lard, a clove of garlic and a chilli pepper cut into julienne strips, parsley, salt and pepper. Be careful not to burn the garlic, it just needs to brown.

  • In the meantime, cook the spaghetti al dente, drain them and pour them into the sauté pan.

  • Mix well over a low heat, adding a little cooking water and butter to make them creamy.
  • The Spaghetti with garlic and oil with lard are ready! You can plate the spaghetti and garnish it with chopped parsley, raw extra virgin olive oil and a generous sprinkling of grated pecorino. This first course is simple, quick and full of flavours. Enjoy your meal!
